Teachers can thrive in their chosen profession if they have a strong sense of wellbeing, believe they are cared about and listened to by their employers and political decisionmakers. 

Teachers are feeling isolated, overwhelmed and solely responsible for the academic and holistic wellbeing of students. Without the essential resources and support, teachers are feeling burnt out and/or leaving the profession.
